On that note Tony, 18 Oh that you had paid attention to my commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river... I've always been a little obsessed with peace, from the first time I read in Psalms to "Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it". This verse 18 is very similar. Why is it so hard for us to make the right decisions. I heard about a psychological truth calle d the recency effect in a book I was reading yesterday. Its our nature to focus on the time right in front and right behind us. Evil seems to take advantage of this trait in us, making almost everything good take a long time and require patience and everything evil great in the moment. I'll catch up on the other chapters tomorrow, been real ill the past few days and still trying to recover.
