I was thinking about trials as I read this. I'm piggybacking on my comments to the last chapter and also Tonya comments to the last chapter. Here they face literal giants. Our trials have to be epic enough that only our reliance on God can get us through. Every trial which we muscle through on our own just makes us even more egotistical. Moses straight up says they are awful people but apparently the giants are worse. The potential is too hard to imagine living solely on God's grace and guidance. But a good goal. Just gotta start every morning out right and keep it going as long as possible.

Good leadership. An evaluation of where they've been and where they are going. What they've done wrong and how to succeed as they move forward. Must have been heartbreaking for Moses to have to leave them.
