Today for some reason my thoughts are just wondering how things went so wrong. It's such an unfortunate series of events for God. He creates man in his image who immediately starts immediately rebelling in the first generation so seriously that its passed on through womb as part of our DNA to rebel against God. Then the earth starts going south into a constant state of decay. God then gives up on just about all of his creation except this tiny little group of people who he gives a lot of interesting rules and guidelines who are for the most part real lousy followers. God, I'm not always sure why you made us, or me. But whatever purpose you made me for, help me see it, and fulfill it.

One of those days I wish we were reading the New Testament. Not that there's nothing here, but it takes some perseverance and definitely feels like I'm reading the same thing over and over.
