All interesting comments today. To my knowledge BJ there is nothing in the Bible to condemn drinking in an of itself. But of course tons that situationally discourage it and of course its of questionable wisdom on multiple fronts. This chapter seems like a natural progression of God training his people. He gave them instructions, they've been working on it. He's watching them, coaching them, and holding them accountable.
