I did a little word study on praise. I realized that is maybe been a long time since I really praised God in the true sense of the word. I don't really know why. I think it might be a question that will have to fester for a day or two.

I was just thinking tonight that there are nights when it takes all the emotional energy I have left from the day to do these posts. Rewarding in the long term, sometimes hard in the short term. But glad you guys have stuck.

Wish we had done that. But nonetheless had some very meaningful conversations. No reason it had to be thanksgiving only. Following Craig's lead maybe I'll try it next time we have company.

I guess the trick them is to always keep the Lord involved. Or accept that much of our life is vanity. Which probably it is.
