The heavens declare God's glory, but how does this help someone enter relationship with Him? It's an impossible leap to get from there to Jesus. But alas, God is wise and will judge people however he wants in the end. That being said, the verse took on a different meaning for me today as I was pondering it. I think we can know someone, at least parts of them and their character by their handiwork. I've worked with a number of carpenters over the years and had a wide variance in end results that can all be traced back to the carpenter himself. While obviously its sinful to worship creation itself, creation is a direct reflection of the character of God and a valuable tool in getting to know our Creator.
